Mads' career was solely dedicated to F&B and culinary. He previously served as director of restaurants and bars at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, also having a hand for the brand in Bali simultaneously.

Mads is now the General Manager of 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central after being the Hotel Manager for 3 years.
